I started off teaching aerobics, then moved into National presenting, lecturing and competing all whilst still working at various clubs across Melbourne.

I love seeing the progression and achievements of our clients with the challenges of stability, mobility and anything else I present to them.
The group support, encouragement and motivation of each other here at BOF keeps me wanting to give the best possible classes that I can.

I have a love of the outdoors - the fresh air, the sunshine, the ever changing conditions of the natural, outdoor environment. What I love even more is in helping other people achieve their personal fitness goals in a group outdoor fitness setting.

trekking, which has in turn lead me into the outdoor fitness industry.
I've loved every minute of working with Charlie down at the park, especially
in helping people move towards fitness goals they might had thought were not
possible for them, then seeing the satisfaction they get from achieving
those fitness goals!

I worked in Public Relations in Russia for 6 years, spearheading campaigns for some of the largest pharmaceutical brands. However, from my first Zumba class, I knew that fitness provided the kind of connection for mind and body I craved.

I worked in Public Relations in Russia for 6 years, spearheading campaigns for some of the largest pharmaceutical brands. However, from my first Zumba class, I knew that fitness provided the kind of connection for mind and body I craved.
After becoming a licensed Zumba instructor my passion for working out then took me to the Australian College of Sport and Fitness where I completed my certification III & IV to become a qualified group fitness instructor as well as a personal trainer. As a qualified Pilates instructor I am cultivating a holistic approach to health, I strive to help members master healthy habit change, breaking down internal and external barriers standing between them and better health.
I utilise my own personal experience and knowledge within the wellness industry and I have the ability to help individuals detect and correct imbalances in the body’s energy to boost performance and general wellbeing. I enjoy a mixture of Pilates combined with resistance weights based training. My sessions will push you physically and mentally, make you hurt in all the best ways whilst making you realise what you are capable of!
